bernaunglah di bawah yang satu.

Jauh di sebuah perantauan, xramai orang Melayu di situ, hanya sekitar 12 org. lalu mereka sangat teruja kerana menemui makhluk y kelihatannya spesies antara satu sama lain-eat the same meal, speak the same languange, talk the same issue about their beloved country despite having different thought of ideas in the certain field.they enjoy sharing what they have in common despite the differences present among them.

jauh di sebuah perantauan yang lain, kelihatannnya ramai Melayu di situ, mereka menemui ramai makhluk y kelihatannya sama spesies dgn mereka, mencecah ribu agaknya, di mana-mana sahaja akan ketemu dgn individu that speak the same mother tongue. lalu mereka tidak heran dgn spesies2 yang sama y ramai ini, kerana mereka boleh berjumpa dgn makhluk2 sespesies di mana-mana sahaja. lalu mereka kurang merasai nikmat sense of belonging toward each other. lalu mereka kurang meraikan persamaan y wujud antara mereka, kerana mereka ada the other group that they can turn to, lalu juga mereka y talk the same languange, eat the same food, talk teh same issue ini kurang berusaha utk bersama-sama mewujudkan satu titik persamaan antara mereka. mereka juga tidak lagi menghargai the fact that they are from the same country, speak the same languange, eat the same food n talk the same issue about their country. mereka membahagi2 antara mereka kepada beberapa kelompok, lalu those from the same country that speak the same languange y tidak berada di dalam kelompok mane2 secara langsung dan tidak langsung terabai. Mereka y terabai berkata "Kenapa kamu mengabaikan saya?sedangkan saya speak the same languange as all of u do. kenapa kamu berkelompok antara kamu kamu dan kamu, sedangkan saya juga come from the country u are from. saya tau saya tidak berada dalam kelompok kamu kamu dan kamu, tapi siapa y akan tolong saya"

those that come from the same country, speak the same languange, eat the same nasik lemak, speak the same issue, bernaunglah di bawah yang satu.

hmm yg tak termasuk dlm mana2 kelompok tu mereka yg tak mahu ke? atas sbb tak mahu berkelompok atau mereka sendiri yg mengelompokkan diri sendiri? haha al fenin sudah.
tp betulla, kita jarang bersyukur & appreciate nikmat yg ada depan mata. bila dah pegi somewhere isolated where nobody can help you except yourselves baru nak terkenang2. biasalah banyak org banyak ragam. teringat zaman dulu bilamana tak sampai 100 org pun kat mansurah ni. aman damai & sume org kenal sume org, bila jumpa sure akan greet each other, bukan setakat jeling2 manja je hahahah

bagus entry ni k.pips. 2 thumbs up!

o. k
i kinda get it k.pips.:)
theres a but on this.
what if they all stand under the same umbrella and the umbrella is too small for a shelter, some is getting wet from the rain, some is getting darker by the UVs, some is just to pitch boring for the whole thing.
because they cant provide enough needs for their so-called meaningful life.
and so, many tend to think that being able to stand at their own feet is such an idea!
and, even they eat the same food, talk the same language and issues, they all got one thing that differ from each other. OPINIONS.
its like our belly buttons.everyone got one.
say, yeah, A and B ate the same food, but they might have some taste issue on it.A might say its too sweet for her tongue but B might say its a sporadic-week-ago meal for his bread buds.
and A couldnt just tell B to feel the same taste she does!isnt it?

they're just plain different.

then maybe many would say that they should celebrate the difference, but they just couldn't complete each other because their way of thinking was wayyy out of boundaries and cliff.

hence A and B made such a bad blends altogether:D and an(1) umbrella is just too tight for them.

sorry for the tons of metaphors, hope you get it.

the idea behind this is to get everybody under one roof so that the roof can see if theres anyone doesnt get enough shelter then the roof may suggest any other option available for those.if all are spread out, how can the roof manage to see the insufficiency?

its about managing.

well, still some people might prefer asbestos rather than zinc. disceptations were everywhere. even after few seconds they might get some issues on whether a French gable roof or a minangkabau would perfectly fit their sheltering systems. just like i said, opinions made them differ. what made mazhabs come in multiple choices?its all about the variety of ideas. theres nothing to blame on the roof.

sheltering isnt much of a problem.all are spread out, doesn't mean theyre being caught rain outside, nor run out of daily supplies. theyre not robots, theyre merely humans with myriad of neurons that cater them with rationale of whats better and whats worst.not to be "told" whats better and whats worst.

managING and manageMENT comes into two different packages. and i dont think managing is that complicated. maybe it has something to do with management instead of managing.

dig deeper,sis :)

jangan la terlalu suka beranalogi krana analogi itu bkan la selalunya tepat dlm apa yg dibicarakan.hanya sipi2 yg mengena. we are talking bout human being that have feelings. bkan mcam payung, kereta, bus and so on. teori2 itu amat cantik utk digarap tp hakikatnya amat sukar utk 'berlapang dada'. kerana hadaf kita yg sama, maka kesatuan itu adalah wadah yg terbaik bg mencapainya!
kalau taste lain skit2, itu adalah fitrah. perbezaan itu adlah salah satu keindahan dlm Islam. tp xperlu sehingga timbulnya sesuatu yg bleh mewujudkan jurang antara kita(xnak sebut ayat pecah-belah, bosan dah). well, kita nak hidup dgan tenang di sini. kalau bleh elakkan perkara yg sepatutnya xde, itu sgat3 la baik..boleh fokus utk pembangunan muslim doktor di sini..hulurkan tangan anda!! well done k.pips^^

suke dgn analogi kak pips =)

xyah byk2 payung kecik2...xkuat..kne thunderstorm je dah K.O..

kalau semua ade di bwh satu payung... kte kukuhkan lg payung tu... maybe at last kite xyah pakai payung..kite bina atap yg kuat utk tempat berlindung.. hehe..spt yg "sy syg islam" katakan....analogi bukanlah selalunye tepat dgn kehdupan manusia.. since ia adalah skop yg terlalu luas... tapi ape yg disampaikan oleh k.pips ni alhamdulillah sy terima dgn baik..

good job sis (",)

4) speak about experience, Im one of the "ex" from the organisation. Sikap dari dulu tidak menghormati orang lain tidak pernah berubah sehingga kini. "Tangan-tangan ghaib" menguasai boneka pimpinan di dalam organisasi, meremehkan orang lain, menolak segala kebenaran yang ada.

good job for my old comrade, Halawatul Iman !
it's a pleasure working with you ma'am.
